Sending a Gift?

Add your own personal message to your order- simply type your message in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: section of your order form and your message will be added to your order.
Our standard procedure is not to add invoices to orders that are shipping to addresses that are different from the billing address so,if you do not wish to send a personal message a packing slip will be included in your package that contains no pricing or credit card information.
A copy of your invoice will be e-mailed to you.
All orders are packaged in white shipping paper in a clean shipping container.
If we have any questions concerning your order we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

All orders ship by Priority Mail with expected delivery in 2-4 business days after shipment date. Each order ships for a flat fee of $6.00. You will be sent the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number once your order ships which will allow you to track online when your package is delivered by the post office.
As we are located in Cape Coral, Florida - that's just south of Tampa.
We no longer ship outside the United States due to lost shipments.

Declined Order?

Orders are sometimes declined due to missing or incorrect information such as an expired expiration date. We will send you an e-mail if there is missing or incorrect information needed to process your order. If you wish we can with the corrected information process your order.

Prefer to order by mail?

For our customers that prefer mail order we accept checks or money orders. Please remember to add the $6.00 shipping fee so not to delay your order.

When you place an order on Kebeck.com you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of the sale amount as well as an invoice. We will follow with notification of shipping information including expected delivery time and the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number when your order is filled.

All items in stock ship nest business day after receipt. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ship on Monday. No shipment of Priority Mail on Holidays when the Post Office is closed.

If your order did not process..........................

If you receive a message when entering your order that your order could not be processed - contact customer service - check the following common causes:- Missing required information - e-mail address etc.
- Verify that you have the correct expiration date - often the correct year is not entered
Why do we need your e-mail address? To e-mail your invoice to you. This information is not retained after order processing and shipment.
If you do not care to enter your phone number simply type in 123-4567.
